A tale of a cyclist's diet.
Breakfast:
- Bowl of honey nut cherrios w/ fresh blueberries
- Toast w/ PB + apricot jam
- glass of OJ
At the ride meeting spot:
- small coffee
At ride break:
- medium coffee
- strawberry+cheese danish
While riding:
- two “apple pie” granola bar things
Post-ride cafe stop:
- macchiato
- date square
Late lunch:
- serving of leftover mac ‘n’ cheese
- serving of leftover spanakopita
Went to a movie (A Serious Man.. MEH!):
- medium 7-up
- medium popcorn w/ butter
Supper (veggie restaurant):
- barley, nut-crusted tempeh, roasted beets, and uhh.. some sort of sauce.
- glass of (weird) carrot + pineapple juice
Evening:
- half a bag of miniature peanut butter cups
- some Jalapeno smokehouse almonds
- tallboy of beer (Creemore)
